☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️the cast iron skillet I use
Recipe;
Red pepper or two
Yellow pepper
Medium onion
Olive oil... about half cup
Tomatoes: I just used what was left in my garden. 10 or so medium ones.
Whole bunch of fresh garlic
Fresh dried oregano, basil and thyme (see my video on drying herbs)
optional, sometimes to get a little texture I will add a large carrot also
Put in processor and then eat as marinara which is great or add meat!!!
If you have lots of tomatoes at end of season.. you can put up in freezer bags.. this is not a canning recipe... I did not deseed my tomatoes
